Humans don’t need exercise machines to develop their fitness. They need education and motivation followed by action and perseverance.

FITCHASE combines;

The FITCHASE Approach.

We don’t have time for gimmicks. We concentrate on training the entire body and all components of fitness. We train our bodies dynamically and diversify each training session to enhance metabolic change. We compound muscle groups by moving our entire body through balanced, functional exercises.

We train for results.

Our trainers heavily enforce correct movements.  All exercises and functional movements must be executed with proper technique. Proper execution is the foundation to superior performance. We seek excellence in our workouts.

We DO NOT use machines.

We get together three to five times a week and train at an intensity that burns fat and promotes muscular strength.

We train outdoors in the dry months at Somerton SLCS and sometimes go indoors in Winter at Seaview High School.

We modify sessions for ALL LEVELS of fitness and people of all ages and fitness backgrounds. Those totally new to exercise will work at an intensity that challenges their individual ability.

People who consider themselves above average athletes (AAA) will find themselves working at an unexpectedly high threshold. New movements alone will find imbalances and weaknesses in even the ‘fittest’ AAA.

We support a program you won’t find in a regular run of the (tread) mill gym. In fact, all of our current clients have come from gyms, had personal trainers, or done bootcamps.

If you’re serious about investing in your health then get off the couch (or computer) and come to training. No excuses. Your first session is free.

We’re pretty confident you’ll enjoy the FITCHASE. We’re all chasing something.

ARE YOU FIT FOR THE CHASE?
